Cherry Park is a residential community initially developed in the late 1970’s, and located in western Arapahoe County in the City of Centennial, Colorado. Specifically, Cherry Park is located at the northeast corner of Arapahoe Road and Holly Street. The community is situated within the acclaimed Cherry Creek School District, near shopping, parks, South Suburban’ fitness centers, golf, swimming and tennis facilities, and along a branch of the Highline Canal trail system, providing access to miles of trails.
Heritage Elementary, the neighborhood elementary school, was awarded a, "Top Public Elementary School" by 5280, The Denver Magazine. The website ColoradoSchoolGrades.com gave Heritage an "A+" and ranked the school #1 of 1101 elementary schools. The Heritage Math Team placed 1st overall in the 2014 Cherry Creek District Math Challenge.

Every homeowner in Cherry Park is eligible to become a member of the Cherry Park Owners Association upon payment of the annual membership dues, currently only $50.00 ($4.17/month = approx 1 grande latte). Membership dues are voluntary but are vital to the neighborhood and pay for the events that help maintain a higher standard. We hope that you choose to become a member of Cherry Park today!
